Vertical steam generators

Vertical two pass circulation steam generator, which is able to produce 125…1000 kg/h of steam per unit.

Internal coil is made of two concentric P235GH pipes.

All pressure parts are manufactured according to PED (97/23/CE).

Thanks to special steam collector design, we are able to minimize the amount of wet steam.

Steam generator shell is insulated with rock wool and stainless steel sheet.

Vertical model FB is suitable for places with limited space. The generator can be opened from above to remove the coil.

• Standard system has IP55 and the electrical unit consists of:
• Main switch;
• Auxiliary switch;
• Burner start switch;
• Power regulation switch;
• Digital temperature controller for constant steam temperature control;
• Alam lights (water level, overpower, pressure alarm, flue gas alarm, burner alarm).
